My name is Steve Ceresa, I serve as the Director of Business Development for Fiore & Sons. I want to thank you for your consideration in allowing me to represent you as a member of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado 2025 Board of Directors. Fiore & Sons is new to HCC, however, my experience with the organization precedes my time with Fiore & Sons – dating back to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, while I was with Kiewit, I had the privilege of serving on the HCC Board of Directors. While serving on the board, I was honored to chair several committees including the Marketing Committee, Infrastructure Committee, and helped found the Clay Shooting Committee along with my good friend Rachael Moschetti. Further, I was a member of the aviation and legislative committees. After talking on a new role with Iron Woman Construction, I stepped down from the HCC Board of Directors but maintained my active membership and roles within the HCC and the various committees. With a new chapter of my career beginning, I find myself being called back to service with the HCC BOD. I believe strongly that the HCC is an outstanding organization, bringing great benefit to the construction industry and to HCC members. It is my desire to pay it forward and further the HCC community reach and impact once again. Utilizing my network, strong leadership skills, and determination, I am confident that I can help the HCC, and its members, achieve future success and prosperity. Again, I would like to thank you for your consideration and support. I look forward to moving the HCC forward into the future.
