I believe deeply in the power of opportunity and representation. My work is driven by a commitment to elevate underrepresented voices in our industry and to build pathways for future generations—especially young women and minority-owned businesses—to thrive in construction. Serving on the HCC Board would allow me to further this mission and contribute meaningfully to a more equitable and vibrant industry.

I bring over two decades of experience in business development, workforce coordination, and compliance across construction and financial sectors. At FlatironDragados, I lead efforts in business development, disadvantaged business engagement and workforce development. In addition to business development, my work has included managing Mentor-Protégé programs, coordinating outreach events, and supporting M/WBE partnerships throughout Colorado. My background as an Enrolled Agent and Escrow Officer adds depth to my strategic and operational capabilities.

I actively contributes to industry events and initiatives such as The Hoya Foundation’s Construction Girl Day and the HCC Infrastructure Subcommittee.
