Sal is responsible for oversight of the project construction team. His specific duties include budget development, cost and controls management, and ensuring accountability for Mortenson’s project team. He leads scheduling, planning, quality control and safety efforts, enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent service. Sal prepares scope packages and purchases the subcontractor and material contracts, with the end goal of ensuring projects are fully commissioned and punched before turnover.
