As a member of McCarthy’s senior leadership team in Colorado, I am proud of the work our company has done with the HCC over the years. Chief among these is our involvement with the Contractor Academy, which McCarthy has been fortunate enough to help develop and deliver. I think the Academy’s biggest value is providing unfettered access and resources to smaller businesses in the construction industry with the intent of leveling the playing field in a meaningful way. Being on the HCC Board will enable me to continue to grow and enhance this offering as well as help in elevating diverse perspectives from people with differing backgrounds.
