I am honored to nominate Hannah Seely for the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado Board of Directors. With more than 15 years of construction industry experience, including the past 12 years with Hensel Phelps, Hannah has built a strong and diverse foundation through roles in operations, supplier diversity, and business development. Her experience as Supplier Diversity Manager gave her firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing small and diverse businesses, while her current role as Business Development Manager allows her to foster meaningful relationships and create opportunities for collaboration across Colorado’s construction community.
Having served on the HCC Board for nine years and as the daughter of HCC founder Jose Berumen, I have a unique perspective on the vision and values that inspired the creation of this organization. HCC was founded to create opportunities, cultivate relationships, and advocate for the success of Hispanic and small business contractors throughout Colorado. Hannah embodies those same values through her leadership, integrity, and genuine commitment to helping others succeed. I am confident she will be a strong advocate for HCC members and an exceptional addition to the Board.
