Minimum of seven (7) calendar days or more before the event: Cancellations received at least seven (7) calendar days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus $5 processing fee.
Fewer than 7 calendar days before the event: Cancellations received less than seven calendar days before the event are nonrefundable.
No-shows: Registrants who do not attend the event and have not canceled are not eligible for a refund.
Registration transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another person, subject to HCC approval.
