Bruce Porter is the Executive Vice President of The Weitz Company Rocky Mountain Region and has been in the Colorado construction market for 40 years. Bruce has spent his entire career establishing and growing companies in Colorado and the Western marketplace. His expertise covers commercial construction, including office, aviation, retail, restaurant, healthcare, multifamily, senior living, industrial, and higher education. Bruce does not just build lasting companies; he builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. It is in his nature to serve others, his teammates, and those in the community. Bruce serves on the boards of several non-profits. He is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Belay Enterprises, an organization that has created nine businesses that employ and job-train individuals to rebuild lives from homelessness, addiction, and prison. Bruce also has served as a mentor through Save our Youth, where he would spends one evening a week with his mentee.
