This month, 10 HCC members were featured in the Latino Leadership Institute (LLI)’s Alumni Conexión newsletter. The article told the story of this visionary coalition who continue to work daily to build generational leadership within the HCC. This vision started in 2016 with the culminating LLI Fellowship Project, the Next Chapter Presentation.

LLI’s six-month Fellowship combines the leadership ethos of knowledge and skills that—combined with new networks—prepares Latino professionals for elevated roles of influence in Colorado. Fellows are emerging executives who average 15 years of professional experience. They come from across Colorado and work in the education, government, non-profit, and private sectors.
