The Hispanic Contractors of Colorado Legislative Policy Committee for Local and State Affairs is moving the needle on behalf of all our members at the state and local government level. Why do we need to raise money for the PAC? The HCC Legislative Committee uses these funds to support those candidates that believe in small business success here in Colorado.

Here’s just a few ways we represented our members in 2021: 

• Members provided testimony to the senate regarding bills and legislative initiatives
• Participated in partnership with other community organizations to address concerns affecting our industry (janitorial contract, CDOT ESB changes, CCD MBE Cap changes for professional services, retainage, Adams County – IPOC, amongst others)
• Participated in partnership with six other construction associations to address the Vaccination Mandate concern

HCC members have donated money to the HCC Political Action Committee (PAC) to support our efforts, and now you can help assist in making this organization a power in the Colorado legislative arena.
