Travis Bogan is the Director of Special Projects with the City and County of Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI). He has a broad background in planning, analysis, design and construction of vertical and horizontal infrastructure for Front Range municipalities. Bogan has a record of effectively partnering with local agencies in delivering long-term and consensus-based solutions. Recently, he has collaborated with Denver’s Division of Small Business Opportunity and other city departments in the re-authorization of Denver’s small, minority, and women business enterprise contracting ordinance, helping create a level playing field for contracting opportunities for Denver’s small-, minority-, and women-owned business. In his free time, Bogan enjoys spending time with his family at Denver parks, running and riding bikes around our exceptional city.
Bogan currently serves on the HCC Infrastructure Committee.
