Martell Dyles is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion manager for JE Dunn’s West Region Market’s, which includes locations in Denver (Rocky Mountain), Portland, OR, Santa Clara, CA and Phoenix, AZ. Martell has over 18 years of experience with a strong track record of delivering sustainable results in inclusive economic development, inclusive employee outreach and development, supplier diversity, equity workforce development, internal and external community relations, and diverse recruiting. Martell is also involved in many professional, community, and civic organizations locally in Denver, Portland, and Phoenix. Martell has an extensive background in commercial, and transit infrastructure construction, inclusive contracting, contract compliance monitoring, P3 development, community workforce development, and diversity efficacy for internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Martell holds a BS in Business Administration, a MS in Management and Leadership focused on Organizational Design and Development from Purdue University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver. Martell leverages his previous experience in workforce development and community relations, Martell is fully immersed in all of JE Dunn’s markets in the West Region to strengthen relationships within the local communities, and clients. Martell is a part of the JE Dunn West region senior leadership, and ensures Workplace, Workforce, and Marketplace initiatives are in alignment with the company’s overall Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy. This includes the responsibility of facilitating inclusive business practices for all on construction projects and implementing initiatives that promote an inclusive culture.
