Jasmine Solis is the Vice President of Operations at Sky Blue Builders, bringing over a decade of experience in the construction industry. She began her career in civil infrastructure and now leads large-scale efforts in the aviation sector, with a strong presence at Denver International Airport. Jasmine oversees project delivery, field operations, and internal process development—driving financial performance, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality work on efficient schedules. She is a passionate advocate for small and minority-owned businesses, having trained for HCC’s Contractor Academy and supported Sky Blue Builders through its graduation from the City and County of Denver’s MWBE program. Today, Sky Blue is proud to be a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company. Jasmine’s leadership is rooted in building systems that empower people, create opportunities for diverse talent, and push the industry toward inclusive growth. A first-generation Mexican-American born and raised in Denver, Jasmine believes in becoming an impact-driven contractor.
