As an active Construction Management professional with nearly 20 years of experience, my skill set is unique and dynamic. Over the past 15 years I have worked closely with Small/Minority Disadvantage Businesses and have been able to develop a strong foundation in Small Business Development and MWBE Participation Compliance and Diversity and Inclusion programs. My understanding of Federal Regulations Title 49 Part 26 (DBE Participation in Transportation) is strong and enables me to provide sound compliance and outreach skills for my team.

Having worked with the City of Denver’s Division of Small Business Opportunity (One of the top programs in the country) my ability to administer and monitor the Outreach, Participation, and Good Faith Efforts of constructors gives me the skills to enforce and maintain compliance requirements on City, State and Federal Aviation, Highway, Transportation projects. My role is to ensure DBE Business Development and Program Guidelines are met for DBE, MWBE and SBE participation program requirements.

With a sound understanding of the Federal Disadvantage Business Enterprise programs combined with my “In-Project” construction experience, my understanding of small business development and compliance is unmatched.
